Indian Premier League popularly known as IPL will be played from 12 March, 2010 to 25 April, 2010 . India once again is ready to host the 3rd Edition of IPL. The two former winners of IPL were Rajasthan Royals and Deccan Chargers in the 1st and 2nd Edition respectively.
The first match on the IPL 2010 will be played between Defending Champions Deccan Chargers v/s Kolkata Knight Riders in Mumbai on 12 March, 2010.
The 3rd Edition of IPL 2010 will be the first ever tournament to be broadcasted LIVE on Youtube. Sony Max will also telecast the IPL 2010 matches LIVE.
The New Venues in DLF IPL 2010 are Nagpur, Cuttack, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Dharamsala.
There will be total of 60 Matches in this tournament and the tournament will 5 days before the start of T-20 World Cup hosted by West indies. Below is the IPL 2010 fixtures chart:-
