Tamil Nadu Finance Minister K. Anbazhagan on Friday presented a Rs. 3,396.45 crore deficit budget and refrained from imposing fresh taxes.
The Finance Minister K. Anbazhagan presented the State budget in the New Assembly-Secretariat complex on Omanthoorar Government Estate today. The Minister presented the fourth Budget in DMK Government in the State.
Reduction in taxes in variety of Articles which are used by common man was announced.The Tamil Nadu Government also announced that an industrial park would be set by the State Industries Promotion Corporation in Villupuram district.
Iodised Salt would to given to pregnant woman’s free of cost by the fair price shops.
