UFBU & IBA signed on Wage Revision and Pension Option today afternoon. After a long struggle of 24 Months. UFBU which comprises of 9 unions held the meeting with IBA official today morning.
IBA agreed on 17.5 % and revised the pension option. This will help the 7,00,000 bank employee to get the salary hike after the 6th Pay Commission was given to the central and state government employees.
